Happy Lover's day to all!! My hubby and I celebrated our love on Saturday evening, with a date to one our favorite restaurants Pelicans. We gazed at one another across the dim lit table.... well sorta but mostly we let our tastebuds do a lot of loving... but food does taste much better when you can share it with someone you love! Chad the owner, and our good friend made crem brulee.. we had both vanilla and chocolate.. it was heavenly. We drove home very full, got in our jammies and cuddled on the couch to watch a movie. I cherish moments like this.. it was a great night. I mentioned to Cory how this was our last Valentines alone.. next year we will be parents!
I have been very tired the last week or so.. it seems no matter how much sleep I get I still feel tired. I hate to fall asleep while watching movies, and this past weekend I fell asleep twice during two different movies!
We were able to watch Liam for a bit on Sunday while his parents went out to dinner to celebrate their love, and he made us laugh almost the whole time he was there. His little voice, smiling face, and growing vocabulary kept us entertained. I have to say I love to hear children's little voices.. they are so cute. He shares kisses and toys very well, and he never cried once!
So I would say that my Valentines weekend was certainly filled with happiness and lots of love!! Hope yours was too!
